What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching helps you identify and achieve personal and professional goals. It is a process based on your expressed interests and objectives -- you take action, and I, as your coach, assist and facilitate your meeting your interests and objectives. I help you to set and reach goals, help you develop your talent and potential, and help you move towards the realization of your dreams and aspirations.
Life coaching is unlike psychotherapy because it doesn't focus on examining or diagnosing the past; the coaching process maintains a focus on today and your future. As your life coach, I become a catalyst who helps you capitalize on your strengths, overcome barriers, and proactively set and achieve reachable goals. As your coach, I am someone who is there at your side, in an unbiased way, to encourage you all along your journey.
Life coaching is not reimbursable through insurance and is strictly on a self-pay basis. Discounts are available for those individuals who pre-pay packages of multiple life coaching sessions.
Spiritual Life Coaching
As a gay man, I relate to the struggles of living an authentic gay life spiritually. By utilizing the principles that can be found in A Course in Miracles as well as concepts taught by Marianne Williamson, Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and so many others, I will work with you to remove the self-imposed barriers to living and thriving authentically as a gay man who wants to live a more spiritual life. I am a graduate of Gabrielle Bernstein's Spirit Junkie Masterclass Levels 1 and 2.
Life Coaching is a service that provides personal coaching to individuals and groups. The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy. While I at all times exercise my best professional efforts, skills, and care of ensuring my client is coached to meet their life coaching goals, the client understands and acknowledges that I will not be liable, legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the life coaching sessions. The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being coached, as well as the consequences. The client enters into coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
